Southfield Collision and Auto Repair

So disappointed in this shop. I have used up all of my roadside assistance allotment dealing with this shop because they did not fix the issue with my car (after claiming they did). The car has been towed there 3 times for the same issue within a matter of weeks. They blamed it on a defective alternator. But that should have been detected when I returned my car the first time. Having to return the car twice w/in one week is not only frustrating but annoying. I've missed work. I've spent $90 on 3 Uber rides to pick my car up from the shop. And I have no more roadside service assistance left on my AAA membership. The manager couldn't care less about my frustration and basically told me that Hyundai makes bad cars. I should have never let their tow truck driver talk me into towing my car to this shop when I had arranged for it to be towed to the shop that I have patronized for over 30 years. I will never take any of my vehicles to this shop again! After paying $1200 for an alternator job, my car should've ran like a charm; however, I was stranded in the middle of the night twice! If I'm ever in need of a tow service, I will definitely tell AAA to NOT send a truck from this business because I don't even want my car to be towed to a different shop by them. They don't deserve the money from AAA. Service: Electrical

The team here are what you look for in a trusting and helping atmosphere.
